WHY THE VICARAGE
THE BEGINNING OF THE TOY TOWN ARTIST’S CIRCLE
Today was the first step of the next step of my sister’s ministry work. The Bridge Artistic Network exists to create circles of artists designed to encourage one another in their work.
We had eleven artists gathered for our first Bridge Circle.
Brenda leaves for Florida on Monday and another artist’s circle beginning there.

LET THE HARVESTING BEGIN!
I started picking this week here at the Vicarage. I gave the kids some kale yesterday and the peas will probably be ready by Friday.
Today I picked some black raspberries and….
POTATOES!
We ate these with our dinner tonight. I roasted them with salt, pepper and sage and mushroom infused olive oil I picked up at Not Just Produced .
“YOU MUST SEE WHAT I AM DOING.”
A Word from the Lord I hear often is…”You must see what I am doing.”
It reminds me of the Scripture in the gospel of John….”Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.” John 5:19
Some of the things the Lord is doing around me are obvious.
He is working to build and improve relationship connections within the body of Christ.
He is working to build bridges between the Church and the wider community.
He is reaching out to people with His unconditional love.
He is activating powerful gifts within His Children
He is moving the world towards a big change.
Those are the big things I know and see He is doing. I also know there is more I need to see.
I am learning that I see best in the stillness.
If I am going to see Him and see more of what He is doing, it is only going to happen as I stop and observe.
