Trying to imagine a silent vicarage … on your birthday?

Yes I am. My grandson has this new thing. He has discovered his falsetto scream and thinks it is hilarious to use it on us adults.

Oh dear … I see the “silent vicarage” is a time gone-by. Now a home filled with all sorts of energy! Funny how he is finding his voice — sounds like the vicarage is a good place for him!

It is! I think he is going to be a musician.

Hmm — guess it runs in the family! Are you singing together yet? I seem to recall you wrote something about getting back into singing or finding/using aspects of your singing voice/range ???

I have gotten back into playing music. I am doing an hour of piano playing and singing at The Worship Room House Of Prayer every Monday night. The first few weeks were brutal but I am getting my groove back slowly. Sevy and I vocalize and do music everyday. Right now it is more howling and pounding than anything else. I don’t think anyone else thinks it is music, but all beauty begins with a seed.

I know it is just a season. It is just a very shrill one.
