Well everyone, I officially have less wisdom than I did on Sunday. My upper two wisdom teeth along with another upper tooth are now gone!
On Monday I went to Central Mass Oral Surgery and the good Dr. took the teeth out! Those of you who have been following me for any length of time know how difficult it was for me to get to the dentist. This appointment has been made and cancelled three times now. The fourth time, apparently ,is really the charm!

The waiting room for CMOS is just beautiful and so relaxing. I felt like I was in a five star hotel.

My sister, Brenda, drove me to make sure my white coat syndrome did not win out again, and so that I would not be a danger to myself or others on the road after the surgery. Although, the Dr. said I would have been able to drive myself home, I didn’t want to take the risk. Honestly, I was glad Brenda drove. I was not really in any condition of mind to drive when all was said and done.

Here I am with a mouth more full of gauze than teeth, but it is done!

I do have to say, the recovery has been amazing. I have had very little pain and the swelling has been minimal since Tuesday. The worst side effect seemed to be the exhaustion I felt on Tuesday. I didn’t move from my chair all day except to walk the dogs and fix myself some pudding, but even on this day after surgery my pain level never went above a three.
To top it all off a family friend sent me these begonias!

congratulations on your reduction in wisdom. Maybe the orld outlook will brighten up.
